In this class, Felicity takes you on a journey towards the compass pose. This is a challenging position that requires a lot of practice and focus. This session makes the process towards it enjoyable. Compass pose is a useful position for pole dancers as there are many pole dance split tricks that require flexibility in the same areas. Two blocks are needed.Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

This class is quite a strong one for the hips and back but really effective 💕 the first time my foot touched my head it felt like Christmas! The process takes time but it’s a journey with taking. Hope you find your foot today! 🎅

Find your foot! (Intermediate)

This is a great class for any trick that requires you to find your foot on the floor or on the pole such as a cocoon or scorpion. This session consists of back strengthening, deep stretching, injury prevention shoulder exercises, and plenty of heart-opening backbends! A strap/band, blocks, and a chair are required.'The more you praise and celebrate life, the more there is in life to celebrate.'
