Even though I am behind and I did only two trainings last week because I want my body to adapt to more training to avoid insuries (donβt want more π€£π«£) I feel like I got closer to the floor than in the beginning π

Todays rubber band class made my ass BURN! π₯ That class Iβm gonna save as a favorite π―ππ¦Ύπͺπ½ and I also enjoyed the box split class also a new favorite β¨
Day 4 : Head over to the challenge playlist . Todayβs classes are the weekly glute activation class. π 15 minute Booty band and Align favourite Box splits blast π₯
After these sessions you have the next few days to rest π§ββοΈ catch up πββοΈ or choose your own Align class .
