My hips has become stiffer after a lot of traumatic event in my private life lately so this challenge is so perfect atm โจ๐


I missed the live class so I did the yoga wheel class instead โบ๏ธ
This is my starting point.
Canโt hold it that long but I am happy I still get so low with not stretching a lot in the past few months because life was so stressful โบ๏ธ
