Mine is:
βœ… pole practice: 3 days (including stretching)
βœ… gym : 3 days (stretch after for 15-20 minutes )
βœ… one focused backend stretch session
βœ… Meditation every day!

Just a little middle splits footage! I also managed to figure out the swim through!

When I am with my chest to the floor my hips are not completely flat yet, but I am well on my way!
